When it comes to our pantry there are some ingredients we depend on for almost every meal. We wanted to share those with you as they have elevated our cooking - some definitely have a tangible distinction, some quality may be purely in our heads, but regardless we turn to these ingredients time and time again.
Kosher Salt
Morton’s Kosher Salt was one of the first steps that elevated our kitchen. The larger grains of salt are flakier, have more texture, bigger taste, and are actually easier to weigh and control than traditional table salt.
